- Insertion was not a big deal. I do not remember any pain. As I recall it was the removal that was more uncomfortable, a bit of spotting, etc.
- I had a sharp "cramp" it disipated quickly, I was lightly crampy for a few hours, the ease of mind it gives is worth it though!
