- Depends on the printer, but we have had to take a Qtip with alcohol on it and look for a line of ink on the roller. Use the Qtip to clean it.
- I don't know how to fix it... but ours does the same thing. Usually, it is a little bit better after the ink dries... but you can still see them. :(
