There is a diet plan on this site that we all see. It says "10 rules of a flat stomach/loose 9lbs. of belly fat in 11 days". Has anyone signed up and tried this?

- I have not used this diet, but I have used weight watchers with much success. they even have a program for nursing moms. I've lost 30 lbs and counting!
