"Fugitive Apprehend" Status

My son's father has "fugitive apprehend" on his Dept of Corrections page. Does that mean they already apprehended him, or that they are looking for him?

- Good question. I don't know ! When they apprehend that means to take into custody....so possibly the status means he has been caught ? If he hasn't been caught perhaps...
