- My Oreck hand vac works great on the stairs and car.
- The dyson makes a stair attachment, and the hose stretches long enough to vacuum all the way up the stairs. Just in case you don't find anything else that works.

- I guess im cheap compared to the others, but I have the Dirt Devil Cone. I love it. And it only cost 40.00 at Target
- Dirt Devil Scorpion Quick Flip Corded Hand Held is the best small vac I've ever used. At under $30 it is a steal and it's very powerful.
