- There is as fabulous book, Women and Shame, by Brene' Brown. You can get it at Barnes and Noble. It is fabulous! Good Luck.
- Stand Up for Your Life: A Practical Step-by-Step Plan to Build Inner Confidence and Personal Power by Cheryl Richardson is a good one.
- Succulent Wild Woman.. totally doesn't seem like a self help book.. she wrote the book with big chunky markers and lots of colors, drawings, etc.. it's pretty neat.
