- Amlactin. It's what I use for terrible KP and it works so well. It's a little stinky, but only for a moment. And it's not very expensive at all.
- You could try aveeno lotions and bath oatmeal. The heat in the house could be drying the air, you could try using a humidifier to moisten the air.
- I love CereVe. Also, limit baths to maybe 2 times a week.
