- It is a waste of your time and energy trying to get a 1 month old on a schedule. They naturally fall more into a "rhythm" when you are being responsive to their needs....
- He'll be getting up more now. I wouldn't worry about a sleep schedule unless he's not sleeping at night. But in the morning/afternoon, he'll be fine.
