Train Travel with 3 Kids

Hi Mamas! Is it crazy to think I could survive a 21 hour train trip with my 3 children? My husband will be unable to go with us so it will be just me and my 8, 6 and 2 year old. My girls are a little on the loud side and the 2 year old gets cranky when tired. I have never traveled by train and have no idea what to expect. All of the sleeper cars are booked for the dates we are traveling! Would the coach seats be good enough? I need advice for those who have done this before.

Lemonade got on blankie during the plane ride and dad decided to stick it under the seat (it was a HOT plane) and it apparently got left. She asked for it a few times from the airport to my MIL's but we said "blankie is dirty you can have it later" WELL.. blankie...

Best Advice for a Growing Family?

So we are 3 weeks away from welcoming son #2 into our family, and I am starting to get a bit overwhelmed! Big brother will turn 3 a few days before my due date, and is very excited to meet his baby brother (although I don't think he has a clue how it will change things in his day to day life). We have been talking about the baby and reading lots of books about new siblings and he has a pretty good understanding of the basics of a new baby, he likes to talk to the baby and sing him songs and loves to help get the nursery ready. So my...
