- Triple Paste works great! If you think it might be a yeast infection too you can mix anti fungal cream(OTC Lotrimin) with the Triple Paste. Hope this helps!
- Try anitobiotic ointment first then the Desitin. It ususally works in a few changes. Also, get alcohol free unscented wipes.
