- Triple Paste works great! If you think it might be a yeast infection too you can mix anti fungal cream(OTC Lotrimin) with the Triple Paste. Hope this helps!
- Try anitobiotic ointment first then the Desitin. It ususally works in a few changes. Also, get alcohol free unscented wipes.

- Could it be teething or something similar that is messing with him? I know when my son starts to teeth things become more acidic and he tends to get little rashes here...
- Take them back to the store. They should at least be able to give you store credit without your receipt. That definitely sounds like the diapers caused that.
