9 Year Old Daughter Maturing Too Soon

I have a beautiful 9 year old daughter maturing quickly. No, she has not started her period, but she is developing in all the other areas. Her pediatrician says it is "normal", but I am don't agree. I am looking for a endocrinologist (pediatric), but until I get in to see a doctor, I wanted to know what other moms are experiencing with your young daughters maturing.

"Seeking Advice on 6 Year Old Bed Wetting"

I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how to handle a 6 year old boy who wets the bed every night. He is in such a deep sleep that he doesn't even know that he has to go. I have been waking him up at night to go to the bathroom, but he is so asleep that I have to practically carry him in there. I am getting less and less sleep every night. This is getting to be a real drag. Any advice from people who have been through this would be welcomed! Thanks

7 Year Old with Tummy Troubles

OK Mamas I need some help. I have a 7 year old girl with some minor tummy troubles. She said that her tummy "just dosen't feel good" and she has to go poop a lot. And when she goes, she's going she'll spend 20 minutes in the bathroom and you'd think her daddy had been in there. She said that she's going like that 2 or 3 times a day. My first thought is that she's eating to much (she acts likes she's starving and eats more than me right now) and she's giving herself a tummy ache. I've been trying to monitor what she's eating to see if...

Red/raw Skin Around Lips

My almost eight year old daughter has a very bad habit of licking around her lips during the winter months ( starting last winter). This causes a vicious cycle because it dries out the skin, making her lick it and then it's more red and becomes crusty. The fact that it's unsightly is bad enough but it's also a health concern as well. Last winter it allowed impetigo to occur because the broken skin became infected. Most things I have tried to put on her skin I am told "burn" and she won't use them. I have tried petroleum based products and...

My Daughter Has a Wart :(

My 7yo daughter has had a bump on the underside of her wrist for a while now. At her well visit I asked the doctor about it and he said that it is a wart. He said we could leave it alone, try an over the counter remedy or have it frozen off in the dr's office (but that would be a bit painful). It doesn't seem to bother her and she doesn't know the stigma behind warts but I would like it gone. Occasionally she'll pick at it until it bleeds a little. I definitely don't want to put her thru anything painful. I also don't want to make a big...
