- Take it to a shoe repair place. They have the right sewing equipment for leather. I wouldn't glue it.
- Might be best to take the boot to a shoe repair shop. That's what we always do. My husband is anal about re-soling his boots if the leather on top is still worthy.
- I wouldn't glue it. It'll just make it harder for the shoe repair guy to fix it.
