My son has a bad diaper rash. Desitin is not working. I've been using A&D ointment. Is there anything else I can use or do?

- Balmex never worked for me. Use a little cornstarch and desitin. It should go away pretty quickly. Aslso a littte baking soda in the bath helps.

- I used corstarch on my daughter. I found when I used desitin it made her raw and she hurt. I would let her take a warm bath and put cornstarch on her bum.
