- ALWAYS get an attorney for these types of things.........that way, there are no loopholes if the Mom decides to change her mind or she is trying to be vendictive in so...
- Bio-mom probably needs an attorney. See if your local court system has a mediation or arbitration service. Make sure she's been advised about what she's agreeing to.
