COUPONS??? How to Get Grocery Bill Down.

Ok, So My husband and I eat a lot of fresh food. I really love to cook and I tend to stay out of the middle isles of the grocery stores unless I have to get ingredients to bake with, make salad dressing, or get pasta/oatmeal etc. I have been watching the show extreme coupons and I just saw a lady take a 1800.00 grocery bill down to 170.00. Ok, I feel a little ridiculous with this question, but it's really bothering me so I hope someone out there can give me some insight as to what's going on with my body. I have taken 3 of the meijer "the clear result and digital pregnancy test's" and each time it comes up not pregnant. it is now september 30th an i have not recieved my period for this month.
