Sleep Advice Needed

I have a 6-month old that has never been a good sleeper. He has slept more than 4 hours only a handful of times & is currently waking up every 2-3 hours. He is breastfed but is a big boy (20 pounds) so food isn't the issue...I have stopped feeding him during the night (8pm-6am) for the last week but he is still waking up, sometimes for 2 hours or more. I just started him on solids, he is teething, has bad eczema, so i think all of these may contribute to his nightwakings. I have read Dr. Sears' Sleep Book, Elizabeth Pantley No Cry Sleep...

Skipping the Bedtime Bath Routine

My son has a little spot of eczema on his face so from the advise I have seen out there I shouldn't bath him everyday. Unfortunately he loves his night time routine which includes his relaxing bath. I have stopped using any kind of soap directly on his face, but I can't stop him from splashing, dunking his face, and puting soap bubbles on his face. Sleeping Through the Night and Diaper Changes

My 12 week old daughter suddenly went from sleeping from 8/9 pm to 12 am and every 2 hours thereafter religeously to sleeping from 8 pm to 6 am a couple of weeks ago. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about the sleep, but I am concerned about the sudden progress as she's now going longer without a diaper change and eating less through the night. Is this normal? Should I wake her up after so many hours of sleep to change and feed her? I've asked my friends, but have not gotten any positive or negative feedback on it. They mostly...
