- You could either do an ice pack in the lunch box, or freeze the yogurt.
- I've been told that it does not have the same consistency once it thaws. I typically send it next to an ice pack.

- here is what i pack my pre schooler. she gets a sandwhich (balonga, turkey or pb and j), and 2 sides- goldfish, yogurt drink, apple sauce, carrots, string cheese, etc....
