Need Help with Pediatrician Problems

I am having troubles finding a decent pediatrician for my kids. We started with Pediatric Assoc. of Springfield and really liked Dr. Zainey but the office staff was horrible. so we went to see Dr. Chitkara in Springfield. He actually refused my kids treatment. I am requesting legal advice as well as suggestions on pediatricians. Here is the situation with the Dr. Chitkara. Daughter Licking Lip Constantly - What to Do?

I have a darling of a 4 1/2 year old who sticks her tongue out a lot. Mostly when she's thinking, happy, running, doing a physical activity ... not constantly, but almost. She's making quite a red rash on her bottom lip, too. I seem to remember doing this myself as a child, so I know it's not uncommon. My question is, do I correct her every time? Help - My 13 Month Old Has a Bad Diaper Rash!

My 13 month old daughter developed a sudden diaper rash with two very raw areas that look like popped blisters (approx 2 cm in diameter)right where her bottom cheeks meet. Otherwise the bottom is red rashy looking. She has only had a little rash once before in her life, which healed completely within a few days.
