Seeking Mom Who Have Miscarried

Im a 45 year old stay at home mom. about 4 weeks ago, we discovered I was pregnant.(shocked to say the least) Went to the dr heard the heart beat the dr was really worried that I would miscarry sure enough yesturday at my 5 year olds birthday party I did and I havent stopped bleeding since. Im trying to be calm but Im freaking out. Im more sad then I ever thought I would be. I will call the dr tomorrow morning. My husband is no comfort at all. Started Period Five Days Late, Ept Test Negative, Now Very Heavy Bleeding

I am like clock work for my period. This month it came five days late. I took an ept test and it came out negative. Then I started spotting and the next morning it became very heavy. I have had frequent urination, food cravings, breast swelling, and nausea. About fiive and half years ago I had a tubal ligation. I feel pregnant. Ladies I really need your advice. I just found out that I am pregnant with a dollar tree pregnancy test. First question, the test was a faint positive is this reliable? I can't get into the doctor until next week should I start taking prenatal vitamins? If a should is gnc brand ok? with or without iron? What should I eat? Can I exercise? Ok, ladies. I know many of you don't like "am I pregnant" questions, but I need your opinion about tests. We have been TTC for a few months, and today I took a First Response and got a faint positive. I have read that there's really no such thing as a false positive, so I think it probably counts, but I took the test in the middle of the afternoon because I am so excited and couldn't wait any longer!
