- Sorry, a lot of rouge answers - but I love hobby lobby too! But if between the two - target:)
- From what I've seen this year Target has better ones. I love the spider lights, I'm going to have to get some.
- Target. Also check your local Big Lots Store or Garden Ridge. They usually have great holiday decor at a decent price too. Don't forget the dollar stores.
