- Oatmeal is good. You can make it as thick or thin as you want depending on the milk/water you use. This is what we did for our son. Good Luck!
- We always started with Cheerios in milk. The key to let it sit for a while until the milk soaks through the cereal. The cheerios will be very soft and easy to swallow.
