Current situation: After 15 years into your gig you have a job that pays six figures, is a fairly easy job. You're tenured and there is very little chance of getting whacked since there are at least a dozen hires below you. You get breaks and summers off. How to Cope with Returning Back to Work

Hi Moms, Here I am back to work after being off with my little princess for 3 1/2 months. I am feeling allot of different feelings from guilty, sad, anxiety, mad ect. This is the first time that I feel like this and I just don’t know how to cope with it. I have two other children ages 11 and 5 I never felt like this with them and I returned back to work within two months. I just don’t know how to handle this I really wanted to stay home but with the economy being so bad I am not able too, I am also the bread winner in my house....

Is First Years or Evenflo Breast Pumps Any Good?

When my son and daughter were born premature, the WIC offices where I lived provided a motorized Medella pump supplied from a medical supply store. Obviously this was very good. I know that Medellas are sold in Target but I also seen other brands. Is there an "off" brand ie, Evenflo, First Years, etc. that is comparable but without the price??

Hi Moms! I am currently a licensed in-home child care provider. I have been doing it for over 5 years now. My main motivation was staying home with my own kids when they were little. Now that they are getting a bit older (7.5 and 3.5), I am starting to think about other options. Previously I was an elementary teacher and also have experience in the nonprofit field.
