"Not Interested" in Learning
My son is 4. Everytime we try and "teach" him something (such as ABC's or numbers) he stops us and says "I don't want to learn. It's no fun" then goes back to his trucks. I have played games and they have worked briefly but it worries me that he is so resistant. He was in a private nursery school this past year and they did only crafts, very little letter or number acknowledgement(which I was surprised)I think he is ready for it because he does good when we do the games before he loses interest.
