Not exactly a recipe but I made parfaits in glasses using layers of fruits that are in season, yogurt, nuts, and honey or a little fudge sauce. They are a hit, and so easy.

How about Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Pie. Blend two 8oz cups of strawberry yogurt with one 8-oz container of thawed whipped topping and add cut-up fresh strawberries. Spoon into prepared graham cracker or baked pastry crust and freeze for several hours.

I make smoothies using plain, European style yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, a scoop of flaxmeal, frozen blueberries (organic), and other fruits as desired. My kids actually like it, and it's loaded with antioxidants and fiber.

My boys absolutely LOVE plain yogurt with honey (I must admit they like a lot of honey). My favorite is to start with plain Greek-style yogurt, add honey, walnuts, some chopped dried apricots and, if I'm feeling indulgent, a few mini chocolate chips

This is a simple office favorite because it requires very little to bring: plain greek yogurt, splenda, cinnamon - yummmm.

My son loves plain yogurt with dried cherries, sultanas, raisons & apricots with a small squirt of maple syrup. I love greek yogurt with chopped bananas, flaked almonds & honey.

Tandoori Chicken. Mix cumin, curry, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper into plain yogurt. Put cut up chicken in the mixture and let sit in fridge for a couple hours. Cook on bbq grill 10 minutes to get grill marks, then move to the cooler part to finish

I make fruit "roll ups" as an after school snack for my kiddos - on a whole wheat tortilla, I spread a layer of yogurt and then add thinly sliced strawberries, kiwi, peaches, apples, etc. and roll it up like a little burrito.

Since I can't have milk I have found Chocolate Sorbet. I use that with Rice Milk or Soy Milk and make a chocolate mile shake. To make it even tastier - add a spoonful of Peanut Butter. Tastes like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.

When in Greece I ate greek yogurt, can substitute vanilla yogurt, with cut up pieces of any fruit and drizzle raw honey all over it. In the morning we add in some granola for a dessert at night I use watermelon and kiwi in it. Tzatziki is AMAZING too!
