OMG!!!! I attended Kristina's class Monday night (5:30) and she kicked my butt! I LOVED EVERY second and I am not just saying that becuz she is my sista. LOL SERIOUSLY, today is Wed and I am eager to attend tonight (6:15). GOOD STUFF I am tellin ya! I have muscles I didn't know exsisted beggin for more. hee hee
The massage at the end of the class is so rare! I have attended MANY Yoga studios in my life... NEVER has anyone given me a massage to complete the session. HELLO?????? And the aromatherapy was so YUMMY!
NEW: Kristina now offers a PlayCare for kids! Miss Michelle is the coordinator. She has big parachute lots of fun music and tumbling for kids of all ages. So bring'em with you!!!
