As a new mom I understand the challenges of motherhood. Yoga is an excellent way to gain strength, increase flexibility, release tension, reduce stress, connect with others and find inner peace.
I teach yoga classes for moms, prenatal, postnatal, children, and mommy & baby, and also regular yoga classes for everyone.

I have been going to her baby and mommy class for 7 months! Not only does my son love it, I get to do at least some stretching in between crys :) Jennie is an excellent and very supportive yoga teacher. I just love her class!

Jennie is very knowledgable and understanding. She is confident in her teaching and made me feel comfortable. We need more stuff like this available in Corpus for pregnant women. It's a great way to meet other mom's to be and get connected. I highly recommend taking one of her classes.

Jennie's Mommy & Baby Yoga classes at the Yoga Studio are a wonderful break from the daily grind. I highly recommend these classes to all moms looking for a unique experience with their little ones. I only wish Jennie was around when my own children were little.

Jen has been very helpful and supportive in our quest to begin yoga. She is knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer she researches and gets back to us with the answer.
