I've known Kris, the owner for several years and the site for work from home moms' is amazing. She has created a professional, solid site that women can trust and help them find jobs. I highly recommned that you surf her site and best of luck in your job search!

It doesn't make sense to charge those who are seeking employment. It shouldn't cost money to look for a job (ever). Especially, if there's no guarantee of work after you've paid the membership fee.
If anyone should pay a fee, it should be the employer posting a job. It works that way on all the other job sites (e.g., Monster, Hotjobs, etc.) for a reason.
There are other web sites out there specifically targeting work at home job listings that do not charge a fee to apply. I know as I've found telecommute positions through them.
