Windy City Boot Camp is a fitness boot camp for all ages and levels. Each day we keep you moving for an hour beginning with a warm up, cardio exercises along with strength training, core, agility and a few minutes of stretching to cool down. Camps run in 4-week sessions and include a nutrition seminar, pre and post camp measurements and a t-shirt. We offer Women Only and Co-Ed camps. Sessions held year round, get started today!
