Over the past 10 years Water Otters has developed an extensive list of happy parents whose children have learned valuable water safety skills in the hands of, not just a swim instructor, but a well seasoned child development specialist. Jennifer Golde (formerly Jennifer Bornholdt) has created a successful, non-forceful, gentle, developmentally based approach to teaching swimming. She creates each private lesson with your individual child’s needs in mind so that the maximum potential is present for your child to gain confidence and skill.

She offers mommy and me classes for children 6 months-2 years old and one-on-one lessons for students 2 years-adult throughout the San Fernando Valley. She is CPR and First Aid certified, fully insured, and teaches at private pools or travels to your warm pool.
