I am a Real Estate Broker and have been practicing real estate for over 26 years. I have been involved in all facits of Real Estate - from Sales & Listings - Rentals - Property Mgmt - Acquisitions & Dispositions for investors - mainly residential. I am extremely familiar with the finance end of acquiring a home loan. I have helped clients with their credit in the past - enabling them to purchase a home. I was a single mother raising 2 small children when I launched my real estate career. My children are now grown and I take care of granddaughter every day after school. I work from my home and am an independent. If anyone has any questions, feel free to call.
