I've worked out with Mark off and on for the past two years but have seen the most success while working with him at The Zone Boot Camp. Using my Polar watch helps me get the most out of a workout and burn the most fat. Every workout is fun and challenging. It's not like other boot camps where you're pushed to the point of exhaustion. Members use heart rate monitors to work at their own pace for optimal success. Additionally, this isn't the kind of camp you join once and leave. It's designed to be an ongoing overall fitness workout that's as good, if not better, than pricey personal training.

Who knew that a results-oriented program like "Boot Camp" could be so fun? At the Zone Boot Camp, Mark Saucedo varies the workouts so it is never boring and keeps your body challenged. I was impressed that the workouts can be adjusted for all fitness levels or as needed for previous injuries or limitations. The use of the Polar heart rate watch keeps you "in the zone" to maximize the benefits of your efforts. It is clear that Mark has a passion for health and wellness and his encouragement keeps folks coming back. If you are unsure, at least give it a try - you'll be surprised at what you CAN do!

This boot camp has been great for me. Going with friends motivates me to get there. Once there, Mark gives everyone individual attention that assures their success. He really cares about your overall health and is willing to help you in any way.

I have always felt very uncomfortable in group exercise classes. I am not very coordinated and I my fitness level low (all those years on the couch eating bon bons). My friends assured me that Mark would be a positive experience for me. Skeptically, I gave it a try. I have been going for 6 months now three days a week (only missing for illness and vacation). No one is more surprised than I am how much I love it!

I have seen a great improvement in my fitness level in just a little over a month. The class is a lot of fun and the time passes quickly while you are working out. Thank you Mark.
