Over 20 years of experience, former preschool teacher, certified elementary education teacher with college degree, up to date on CPR/First Aid and all licensing procedures. I serve Yummy good for you meals. Large back yard with playground.
I work on the District 202 Plainfield schools teacher's calendar. If they are off, I am off, if they are working, I work. Low summer holding fee, special attention to teacher's needs.
I teach all skills needed for kindergarten by the time the children enter kindergarten. This includes, but is not limited to: how to be a friend and get along counting, number recognition, patterns, ordering objects, size relations, measuring, calendar, counting out objects, abc sounds and recognition, opposites, science, and more.

Nora really has it together with running an efficient home daycare and pre-school where the well-being of the children obviously comes first. Nora's credentials and experience are more than what you will find in a typical home daycare provider! I recommend her highly!

Both of my children attend Tara's Toyland and have since they were small infants (they are now 5 and 2). Nora goes to great lengths and great care to provide a safe, nurturing environment for the children in her care. My boys love attending "school" with Nora. She provides healthly meals, preschool learning lessons, and positive reinforcement. It is without hesitation that I recommend Tara's Toyland.
