What we do: We stage your home for sale or a “special” occasion or season.

Information:
No two Home Staging assignments are alike. Some of them begin and end with the initial two hour consultation, where the home owner carries out all of the recommendations on his/her own. These clients generally have a comfort level with decorating and are familiar with current trends and lifestyles. They are usually looking for a fresh eye to point out things that are easily overlooked when you've been living in the same surroundings for a long period of time.

Other clients, on the other hand, may have absolutely no knowledge or interest in things pertaining to home decorating, and feel uncomfortable making any changes at all. They also may not have the time to go shopping for necessary items such as bed linens, drapes, rugs, towels, shower curtains, cabinet hardware, flooring, paint, and the list goes on and on. They also may not have the labor contacts that are necessary to complete the staging process in a timely manner.

SYHAM can accommodate both of these types of clients as well as all of those who fall somewhere in between.
