Stroller Fit is great! I have been to several classes and every time I have gotten a great work out and had so much fun! What I like about Stroller Fit the most is all levels can join in to get fit and have fun!

Stroller Fit is GREAT! My daughter loves the interaction! I love the workout! YES I said I LOVE the workout! It's fun playing with the kids. And it's not just running or stollerwalking, you really get great aerobic exercise and resistance training. Christie is awesome! She make me feel welcome and her energy is contagious!
