Stroller Strides is a one-hour total body workout for new moms and their children. You will get a great workout, bond with your baby, and meet other amazing moms!

Each class includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. It's a great workout for any level of exerciser.

Stroller Strides West Hollywood holds classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:30-9:30am (before the stores open) We meet at the fountain by the movie theater. You can park in the main parking lot - the first hour is free. On Mondays after class you can attend the Mommy Movie at 11AM, we will also be holding mom's night out once a month. First class is free so you have nothing to loose in coming to check it out.
