Stroller Strides® offers fitness classes for moms that they can do with their babies. Our classes are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. The classes are one-hour and consist of a warm-up and a power walk where we do body toning intervals using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. We finish class with abs and stretching. It's a great workout for any level of excerciser.
Classes are on MWF from 9:30 am-10:30 am at Stonebridge Ranch Beach and Tennis Club and Tuesday/Thursday from 9:30 am-10:30 am at Craig Ranch.

It is so wonderful to get out of the house with my baby and have friends, a support group, and a playgroup all in one. The exercise is great, too! Give it a try!
