I am very happy to have joined this fitness program. I bring both my boys with me, and they really enjoy the workout too. The instructor Ericka is great! She makes sure we get a challenging workout. Plus, the moms in the group are a lot of fun too.

This is a slammin workout for serious exercisers that don't want to skimp on time spent with baby, or pay extra for childcare.I like that it's for REAL women! It's a really great value, motivating, and fun! PLUS, your first class is free! I like that!
