WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES?
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they
can do with their babies, including cardio training, body
toning, flexibility, and fun activities for kids. It's a great
workout for any level of exerciser. PLUS, we offer the Luna
Mom's Club - a weekly playgroup and moms' support network!

*Mon and Wed, 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM, Helen Putnam Park
