Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Please get doctor's permission before starting this

I thought it would be just walking with our babies, but it is so much more! After I attended my first class last year, I was sore for three days in every muscle of my body. That convinced me to sign up right away. I've been coming regulary ever since. I was never very athletic, and now I've surprised myself with how strong I am. What a confidence-booster!
Not only is it a great workout, but this particular group of women is just fantastic! I look forward to spending the time together throughout the week. It's also great for new moms who are in need of some structure in their lives and a reason to get up and out of the house in the mornings. I highly recommend it! Come join the fun!

I never expected to get such an incredible workout and have so much fun at the same time. Shelley is wonderful and keeps you motivated and entertained during the entire workout. The women in the class are a terrific support to new moms. The first class is always free. Come try it!
