Stroller Strides is a pre and post-natal fitness program for moms with their babies. We combine cardio bursts with body toning intervals using exercise tubing, the environment and the stroller. The program is for all fitness levels. We are currently doing classes in the Coral Square Mall and Cypress Park in Coral Springs. Your first class is FREE!!! I have truly enjoyed my experience with Stroller Strides. Not only can I get a great workout with a professional and committed instructor, I can spend time interacting with my son and not feel guilty about being away from him. It's also nice to have the company of moms going through the same things as me.

Stroller Strides is a wonderful program. The classes are challenging and fun -- helping us moms to get our pre-pregnancy bodies back, while entertaining our little ones at the same time!

I feel Stroller Strides gives new moms a wonderful opportunity to get a great workout. In addition to the workout, Stroller Strides offers the convenience and safety of having your baby right next to you the whole time. I would recommend Stroller Strides to any new mom looking to feel better and get into shape!!
