Michelle is fantastic. I started taking her prenatal class very early in my pregnancy. I now take her mommy and baby class. She is great at making you feel comfortable in her class, no matter what your skill level. I find her yoga style very relaxing and restorative and additionally her classes are a great workout.
Michelle is a talented and caring teacher who provides guidance and wisdom for her prenatal students that goes beyond positioning and alignment. If you have never taken yoga before or are a beginning learner, her classes are an excellent resource for staying in shape and centered during pregnancy. She continues to be friendly and supportive throughout my postnatal period and I am looking forward to bringing baby to Mommy Baby Yoga as I work on putting my pelvic floor and abs back together. Michelle is great. She has been an excellent source of info for all pregnancy and childbirth questions and is open to discussing these issues with her students. The classes are held in a small, cozy setting which allows for the intimacy and comradery among her pregnant students. It has been really good for me when the going gets tough.
