Michelle Flemings Sanctuary Yoga studios completely reflect thier name. You go to the studios and immediately are embraced by an energy that cultivates compassion for yourself and others. The physical environment is beautifully presented and the instructors are welcoming and caring about your needs as an attendee. The classes accomodate all levels and the class schedule offers a wide variety of styles. Michelle is very passionate about her work and how it effects and contributes to the community. I feel extremely fortunate to have the studio in my area.

Michelle has created an extremely supportive environment where mamas of all ages can share a healthy and healing experience. The teachers and students come together at the Sanctuary in a joyful and peaceful way! Namaste!
