I am a Certified Postpartum Doula. I will come into your home and "Mother the Mother". During the first several weeks after having your baby there are so many questions and much needed help. This is where I become a valuable asset to you and your family.
By having a doula you will rest easier, heal quicker, and be able to take care of your baby with ease. I will help educate, Nurture, offer physical & emotional support, light housekeeping, light meal preparation. I am here to help you feel confident and help make your transition into parenthood more reassuring.I provide breastfeeding assistance, provide you with valuable resources and informational material.Help Dads feeling comfortable and confident with their new bundle.
CPR & First Aid Certified, a trained Medical Assistant. I work with Special needs infants and children. Please call me with any questions and additional information.
By having a postpartum doula your less likely to suffer from postpartum depression.

I don't think I could have gotten past the first few weeks of new motherhood without Elizabeth's help, inspiration, guidance, resource and support. She was truely amazing and has become a part of our family.

I cannot say enough great things about Elizabeth. She was the best teacher I could ask for. I knew nothing about babies before having our twins and she was such an expert. She taught my husband and I everything. I couldn't wait for her to get to our home at night. We only had her for a few weeks but I wish it could have been longer and with twins I really needed her. She was like a therapist for me with all my emotions running wild and handled the babies so easily. I would recommend her to anyone I know. I still call her with questions and send pictures of the babies.

Elizabeth is a wonderful doula. she helped me in the second week that I brought Oliver home. I couldn't sleep because I was listening for his breathing and the lack of rest started to jeapordize my milk supply and emotional state. she came in at night. I would wake to feed him and go right back to sleep. In the morning I felt like a new person able to tackle the challenges of being a new parent. I HIGHLY recommend.
