I loved Teva's class, HypnoBirthing really taught me how to relax and work with my body to achieve the natural birth I always dreamed of. She worked with my fear and anxiety that I had from my first birth experience and helped me gain confidence. I had an amazing, totally natural, HypnoBirth that I will always cherish.
