Mary Ann helped me and my husband to find and purchase our FIRST home! She took us to see many options within our said price range. She was AMAZING during the 'looking' period, she was as critical, if not more than we were -- pointing out all pros and cons of each home we saw based on her experience and in accordance with meeting our needs! She made the purchasing process so easy and she advised us perfectly on the offer/counter process as well! We thoroughly enjoyed the WHOLE journey from start to finish and it was all because of her! (Sidenote: We were moving from NYC and she even picked up our mail for us and checked on our house for us until we could move in!) She is very personable, extremely professional and most important, a joy to work with in such a stressful situation. I would recommend her to ANY and EVERYone.
