My name is Jacqueline and I work for a company called Marketplace Homes located in Plymouth, MI. We are currently approving long term guaranteed leases in the tri-county area. We provide a guaranteed lease for up to 6 years if you buy a new home through one of out partner builders, which isn’t hard to do considering we work with some of the largest builders in the state, let alone the country. I know this is a tough time for everyone right now, but with all the new programs and just everything moving along as it is, I just want to share our program with anyone who is in a tight situation. Also, with sharing our business as it may make sense for one person, it also may make sense for others in their life. In return we also have many properties that we rent out as well from the other end of the lease, so if that interests you please let me know. I am sure we have a few properties that may interest some people.
