A Diaper Cake is the perfect centerpiece at your next Baby Shower! We will custom decorate to your specification/theme! We also have the standard pink, blue and neutral selections. These specialty diaper cakes are three tiers and dimensions are 12 in diameter, 18 in tall! We use 64 size one pampers swaddlers.

I recently hosted a shower and had a Maddie Cake Diaper cake as my centerpiece for the new mama. It was so cute!! And very well made. The centerpiece was perfect, just what I wanted. The new mama was so happy and surprised.
I will definitely use Maddie Cakes again for any shower that I host. Makes a great centerpiece and gift!!

I had the opportunity to have one of MADDIE'S three tier diaper cakes at a shower I hosted recently!
This was THE DIAPER CAKES of ALL DIAPER CAKES!
My guests are still talking about it!
It is Such a practical gift. The new mom could use all 120 diapers immediately upon arrival from the hospital with her new "Bundle of Joy"... as well as the pacifiers, mittens, socks, and other items used as decorations. We even had it customized with socks imprinted with the new Dad's college logo...
What a treat... decoration and gift all in a one!
And prompt delivery.. Maddiecakes is such a pleasure to deal with... I was VERY pleased with their service!
