I started dancing with Lynn when I was 2.5 years old. I am now 29, and aside from taking a few years off for college and pregnancies, I have been dancing with her ever since! I have a 9yo girl and a 3yo girl in classes right now. I can't wait until we are all in the recital together! I also can't wait to put my 1yo boy in classes!
Lynn's classes are fun and encourage children to be confident and express themselves through movement. I believe this program is great for self esteem.
The recitals are so much fun and the little ones up on stage in super cute costumes makes for great camera moments!

Lynn is a fantastic dance teacher. My daughter just started classes last year and she loves it! The classes are sized well and Lynn's teaching style really keeps the kids interested. We will definitely keep coming back!

Lynn does wonderful things with all her students, no matter what age. She is patient and treats her students with respect. At the end of the year she has a marvelous show that works like it is charmed.

Lynn is a wonderful teacher for all ages-She makes tap fun and she has so much patience-I have been taking lessons for 17 years as an adult dancer and I love being in her shows-All of us are moms who had kids who tap danced, too.

My two daughters have been dancing with Lynn for six years now. Lynn is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are fun and my girls have learned to love dance rather than become obsessed by a certain "look" or "style." My younger daughter has special needs. Thanks to Lynn's outstanding teaching, she has been able to participate in both the classes and the year end dance recital. Our family says "Tumbs up for Lynn Douthit School of Dance."

My daughter has been dancing w/Lynn for 12 years. She has fun and has learned alot about dance and herself - confidence and discipline.

I have joined the adult tap class because I wanted to have fun too! The group is great and very welcoming. I'm going on my 3rd year.

My two girls have been taking lessons with Lynn for 4 years since they were 2.5 and 3.5 years old. I am so grateful to find such a dedicated, patient and loving teacher like Lynn. We also look forward to the annual end of the year recital for all students with beautiful pictures and videos.

What's "amazing"? Where do I begin? That Lynn can take a diverse group of kids and form them into rhythmic entertainers. That she could integrate my son Nicholas, a gender minority, into her dance numbers so handsomely. That she could usher both Nicholas and his older sister Natalie through their growth process, year-after-year, teaching them new skills and maintaining their interest and respect. That's Amazing, with a capital 'A'.

My daughters have been dancing with Lynn Douthit for 14 years. The classes are always challenging and fun. Lynn is very dedicated to all the students and puts on a great show in June.It's a great program.
