I really needed someone to help me take my workouts to the next level and Lynn got me so excited about what I can do. I discovered her through the mom fitness group she started. That's also a generous and amazing thing she does. I would recommend her to anyone. She knows her stuff, has great insight and usefull tools for working out and nutrition/lifestyle. Plus, she's kind and she really listens. I don't respond to a beat down. I do respond really well to being supported and motivated.
